Notes: The college leaders (leadership mentors) involved in LDP Lincoln High are paired with young leaders (leadership mentees) in the 9th - 12th grade and attend Lincoln High School. LDP focuses on how developed leadership can be directed toward reinvestment in Lincoln High School.
