NHRI Leadership Mentoring is a leadership development program at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. NHRI strives to discover, explore, develop, direct, and document positive leadership development. NHRI pairs outstanding college leaders with exceptional 7th - 12th-grade leaders in Lincoln, aiming to positively influence others and develop their leadership capacity through one-to-one investment relationships. The ultimate outcome is that these leaders will reinvest their developed leadership in others, creating a ripple effect of positive change.
