NHRI is divided into seven Leadership Mentor - Leadership Mentee projects, with each project containing anywhere from 15 - 25 investment relationships. Projects tend to be organized by the grade in school of the Leadership Mentee or where the Leadership Mentee goes to school.
Project meetings occur weekly, and only Leadership Mentors are expected to attend project meetings. Each project includes one Staff Advisor—a senior Leadership Mentor who oversees the success of each investment relationship in their project. Each project also includes three tri-chairs—Leadership Mentors who organize and facilitate the weekly project meetings.
