Melissa Hinrichs is a leadership consultant and executive coach passionate about helping people and organizations grow into their full potential. As a partner at Lightbox Coaching and Consulting, she works with leaders and teams to turn insight into meaningful, lasting impact.

As Board President of NHRI, Melissa is committed to shaping the next generation of leaders through mentorship, experiential learning, and community connection. NHRI has been foundational in her own journey, where she developed her leadership as a Ropeview mentor, TA, student board member, LDP project co-chair, and interviewer.

At the heart of her work is a belief in the power of investing in people and creating experiences that inspire growth. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys creating those same meaningful experiences with her family, her husband Kris and their children Lauren and Porter, through travel, connection, and shared adventure.
